Fall Patches nail art

Happy FRIDAY ladies!
I don't know what's wrong with me lately, but I am loving patches and stitches looking like things this fall. And this nail art just proves this :)
I really love how sweet it turned out.
I've used the following polishes:

• A-England "Holy Grail"
• OPI "A roll in the Hague" 
• OPI "Skyfall" 
• China Glaze "Mahogany Magic"

I would love to hear your thoughts on this one :)
